Because we didn't have it.
sheikh qasim got a little bit emotional in ramadan 1428 - end surah qasas. he tends to keep his emotions inside in salah, he does get overcome in jumuah khutbahs though.
Sheikh qasims khutbahs are indeed very emotional and truly amaaaaaazing... Maa Shaa Allah!!!!!!
