Commenting Policy
There seems to be an issue why comments are sometimes rejected and we would like to clear that up right now inshaAllah.
This is a private run website. We approve and reject comments at our discretion, and admittedly we do make mistakes sometimes. In the future our moderation of comments will be a bit more regulated.
Comments constantly asking the whereabouts of an Imaam will be rejected. If the imaam just led the day before and is no longer leading, that means his schedule to lead is over for the current time. The entire purpose of this website is that you can listen to the recordings over and over when you miss an imaam, so make use of that blessing. Please show respect to the imaam currently leading. (If you ask about the imaams whereabouts a month or two after he has led, it will be approved.)
Comments asking personal questions about the Imaams lives will be rejected. Whatever information is not in the biographies is not for us to discuss.
Comments that turn into arguments or get offensive will be rejected, or maybe edited to remove the offensive nature. If there are differences between visitors on any matter, it is expected as Muslims we all show a basic sense of respect towards each other.
Comments that could be from a female, and it is unknown to us that it is in fact a brother, will be rejected if the sister refers to the imaam has being handsome and sweet. We love the imaams for their taqwa and that their recitation brings us closer to Allah, not because they're "cute."
Comments that constantly question the HR Team will be rejected. Feel free to e-mail us when you have a question that is only for the HR Team, so that we do not have to go back and forth through comments, and if you find your e-mails going unanswered feel free to leave a comment reminding us.
Additions may be made to this list as necessary.
Jazakallah khair for your continued support, and know that we appreciate all the feedback we receive.
