My mom always waits for Shiekh Shhraym to recite in this style.
The last two recordings are her favorites.

Masha Allah beautiful recitation but anyone know the reason of this sadness tone.i think when beloved shiekh wish to stop his crying then shiekh's voice becomes heavy and sorrowful,Allah knows best.May Allah bless him and give him long life.

Link for Surat Al-Anfal(1419) is linked to Surat At-Tawbah, and vice versa. But Surah Al-Anfal link is broken, so please fix it.

also, let it be a comfort that الحمد لله Saif Ullah was still sinless when he died, as I think that all children go to Jannah (please correct me if i'm wrong Insha' Allah).

My question is about the posting Sheikh Shuraim Rare Recitation (http://www.haramain.info/2011/12/sheikh-shuraim-rare-recitation.html). Does anyone know other reciters (Muqri) in the Islamic world who recite with this rare tone? I love this type of recitation and cannot find that many examples except for the ones for Sheikh Shuraim.
