The announcement is for the Tahajjud prayers...
I thought that the announcement would be made tommorrow, but it was today... Alhamdulillah, I am happy and sad. Happy because tahajjud will start, and it is very beautiful, and sad because ramadhan is finishing... Ya Allah :')(
