i dont think its fajr as sheikh humaid and talib and other sheikhs arent usually behind during fajr prayer, but Allah knows best
it is just a picture bro the recitation is of fajr prayer last year dont know the date inshaAllah ill send the complete salah....
It was fajr prayer on 14th April 2009 but photo from taraweeh prayer.
