im originally from Mumbai, just visited this summer, does anyone know where the Khutbah and Salah was?
The khutba was read in a bit hurry (i felt so) but it covered all the important aspects of indian muslims life. May Allah reward him.
Alhamdulillah I watched it live on peace tv. It was in the Somalia Ground which is a very huge ground. Hope that helps.

Assamualaikum! It was somaiya ground rather than somalia. This ground is in sion , Mumbai where the jumah salat was also led by sheikh budair . Today on sunday 08/11/09 is the khatm dua of peace conference by sheikh budair please try to record and post it . Jazakallah
The tall sheikh standing on the backside of sheikh budair during salat with a amamah is sheikh ali al abbasi (imam of masjid aqsa). He's wearing a white abaya.
