i always thought one of the rules of salaah was to recite a surat in teh 2nd rakat, that came after the one in the first, not before.. surat al a'raaf comes much earlier than surat rum>

Maybe its because of Sheikh Muayqali's error the day before?
Sheikh Maahir did corrected his error.
That is the rule, but maybe it just came out and he hadn't planned it which is okay. :) And he's done this before actually a couple years ago.They don't to fix errors a day after if the imaam hadn't. :)
