wat does he do there??
He was making a guest appearance at the University, and gave a 3 hr long lecture on the topic of terrorism. Sheikh Hudhaify was in the audience during the lecture as well.. And then he led the salah in the University's masjid.
When the imams from Makkah go to Madinah, do they get to lead the prayer in Masjid al Nabawi as a guest imam?
And similarly do the Madinah imams get to lead the prayer in Masjid al Haram when they go for Umrah etc?
It's not impossible, but it doesn't usually happen. They have the set schedule of who's going to lead in the week, and they usually stick to it. That night Sheikh Sudais led at the Uni Masjid, and Sheikh Hudhaify left to lead at Masjid al Nabawi.
You know it's very possible, coz once Shaykh Shuraym did lead the Salah in Madinah.....
Please don't ask for the rec coz I don't have it. Hope someone has it....
