If it is raining so much like it currently is, will they still proceed with doing salat ul istisqa on Monday?

This is a sign saying, don't worry about asking for rain. Worry about what's happening to Masjid al-Aqsa.

Everybody is worried about Masjid al Aqsa...

Salaatul Istisqa will still be held on Monday despite the rain. More rain is still needed.

Are they in drought?

Not debate, just share about the comments of anon #3 & anon #5. The talks are not meaningful. We may pray and do as possible from our ability for Al-Aqsa, it is our duty. And I can't realize the question of the 5th commenter, we should express complete feelings.

@anonymus 3 :
its a prophetic act to do prayer for rain....there is nothing wrong with that...it hav no relation to masjid al Aqsa
we must appreciate KSA for continuing such acts of sunnah...
May Allah bless the authorities and help them to make such acts of prophetic sunnah alive
