Surat Al-Anfal-72: There are fundamentals for an Islamic state about helping to the Muslims of other countries
Surely the ones who have believed and have emigrated and striven with their riches and their selves in the way of Allah, as well as those who have contributed [them] asylum and have helped, - these are [all] allies to one another. And the ones who have believed, but have not emigrated [to Islamic state]; for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek aid from you in the matter of religion, it is your duty to help them; except against a people between yourselves and whom there is a treaty; and [remember] Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.
Sheikh ‘Abdullah al Juhany is a top specialist to display the chapters, “Al-Anfal [41-end] & At-Tawbah [1-33]. Every time he shows the parts by different alters of melody, so it is difficult to select the best. You may collect four Qira’at of the parts from the years 1432, 1433 & 1434. In the hijri 1433, Sheikh presented that at two nights [night 9 & night 30], and in the other years at the night 9 only.
MashaAllah Shaykh Shuraim recited beautifully. Didn't get a chance to hear Shaykh Sudais. May Allah reward the shuyookh abundantly.
