Yes I think Sheikh Juhany shortened the Fajr Salah by reciting a short Surah because of the janazah which is to xome after
Sallaam, If u notice Sh. Juhany pick specific verse to read when you check the translation you would know what He (Sh. Juhany) is really reading he is reading the part of the people of Jannah and the people of Jahannam and He sound a slit of emotion if you really listen carefully Sallaam:)
