The Quran is the best gift of Allah The Creator and its recitation is importantly connected with its miracle. Moderately fast way is the most typical way of the Quran recitation I think; not very slow or too rapid. As if stream runs in smelling light, or like river flow, sometimes like sea wave, also spongy, at times rainy rhythm, gentle breeze or stormy; next as if melody coming from faraway or someone calling from faraway; quickly, slowly, emotively, lovely according to the verses and words. OWF!!! ALLAHU AKBAR!!! It can ensure three functions at a time such as beauty, study and dawah work. This way of addressing expresses the Quranic manifestation clearly. So we should follow the manner mostly to obtain basic output from Al-Quran recitation.
