In the last hours of Ramadan, on the 29th, Sheikh 'Abdul Mutallib Najdi passed away. He was mu'adhin of Masjid al Nabawi for over 54 years. He had last given adhan a week before his passing, and had done tableegh a couple days before.
May Allah swt accept his A'maal saaleh, forgive his sins, and grant him the highest rank in Jannah, Aameen.

Tableegh is the takbeers which are said in salah straight after the imams takbeers by muadhin. these are said to get the voice everywhere in the haram.
