According to indications; Surat Aal-E-Imran-19; Al-Ma’idah-3, 5; Al-Hajj-40: Al-Islam is the only acceptable religion to Allah. Next others religions are better than non religious ideologies to Allah. So we should try to make good friendship with modest followers of others religions. Also we must be committed to Allah’s religion, Al-Islam.
To brother Ali ibn Ayub, wa 'alaikum assalam. It is general understanding, not tafseer; and it is not place for long discussion. I agree, we must read the Hadiths, our Prophet's history and tafseer books to realize The Quran completely.
Next, there are many more ayat in The Quran, those direct us to keep good relationship with gentle, honest and modest persons of others religion; such as Aal-E-Imran-75, Al-Mumtahina-8, 9 etc.
Now, we place comments here to practice writing and to memorize different ayat numbers of Al-Quran. We should also remember that, different ayahs are one kind of tafseer of Al-Quran. Thank you very much.
