Wow very rear to hear the first few verses of Surah Baqarah as it is mostly read in Taraweeh in Ramadan. But I would expect it from Sheikh Qasim because he is a good reciter who recites from different places. I suppose this is a Ramadan intro or warmup
I have been thinking science some days, Haramain Imams read rarely from the first half of Surat Al-Baqarah. So special thanks to Judge Al-Qasim. I think, this is not for Ramadan warmup. It may be continued all months round the year.
Sheikh Qaasim and Sheikh Budayr both are judge in Madina court like Sheikh Saaleh aal taalib who is judge in Makkah High court Is it true?can anyone tell?

Yes, both the shuyookh are judges.
