Khutbah Jumuah - English Translation

24th Dhul-Hijjah 1433 ~ 9th November 2012

by Sheikh Saud bin Ibrahim Ash-Shuraim

Reflecting on Wind(s)

One of Allah's Ayats (signs) in this great universe on which
depends life in the living human body is an Ayat (a sign)
which arouses energy and motion and grants determination
after languor. It is a sign whose existence gives
man strength after weakness and relief after distress

Alhamdulillah jazakallah for the efforts of translating. I am a student of the natural science and I really appreciate this. I look forward to hearing more miracles of scientific facts in the Quran.

MashaAllah, what an amazing and thought provoking khutbah by Sheikh Shuraim. Never before have I had the opportunity to read such a powerful talk on the topic of winds in the Quran and Sheikh Shuraim sums it up so beautifully. I would encourage everyone to go through the khutbah and ponder over it.
Also, many thanks to those who translated the khutbah, wrote it down and put it up here for everyone to read. JazakAllah Khair. May Allah reward u abundantly! Ameen!

Although I haven't read totally, think to place short feelings. Air & water pollution are great problems at present era. The dangers attempted to violate tolerance margin. So judicious khutbah timely. We wait for the topic, "water resource & pollution". Added, I don't know whether such khutbah had been presented or nor. Much thanks for the print translation.

Jakallah HR for your work, this is amazing for people who don't understand Arabic, or not completely. You should follow along with the Arabic in the background, it really helps, and you get the full effect. And Mashallah, this is such a beautiful and thought-provoking Khutbha by Sheikh Shuraim.
