The tahajjud prayer is without takbeers in order that the people can identify it with ease and recognise it as being that as oppose to taraweeh, or fajr or any other prayer. Allah knows best.

ALLAH SAYS IN HIS HOLY SCRIPTURE وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُوا بِالْأَلْقَابِ ۖ بِئْسَ الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ الْإِيمَانِ ۚ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُون (Nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked"]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.).
I don't agree with this term Sheikh al jannah. If anyone is going to be the shaykh/imam of jannah it is definitely the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet is the best servant, worshipper, the most knowledgeable and has the most beautiful voice, and is the best recitor of the Quran.

Now we may remember that, Hazrat Daud's [Asm] tune was the best in human history. His voice was a sign of devine miracle. Once our Prophet Ahmad [Sm] said to Musa Ash'ari [R] that, Allah gifted a part of Daud [Asm] to Musa [R]. Musa Ash'ari was one of bests recitors among Prophet's companions. But not as nice as our Prophet.
I don't know what in your problem, why don't you agree with the term Sheikh Al Jannah to a respected person whom ALLAH has showered HIS blessings and granted Him to Lead the Muslims in the most respected, honored places in the world. ALLAH has no problem to give Him respect in this world and إن شاء الله (If it is ALLAH'S will) in the hereafter. ALLAH says to the Prophet in HIS last revelation قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَاءُ وَتَنزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَاءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَاءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَاءُ ۖ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "O Allah! Possessor of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom You will, and You take the kingdom from whom You will, and You endue with honour whom You will, and You humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is the good. Verily, You are Able to do all things.
We aren’t comparing anybody with MUHAMMED THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH صلى الله عليه وسلم. It should be in your knowledge that MUHAMMED THE MESSENGER ALLAH has leaded all the prophets of ALLAH in Masjid Al Aqsa in the night of Mi’raj. HE is the leader of all the other prophets; you cannot judge the PROPHET by a common leader of this era whether He is the leader of HARAMAIN, but this common HARAMAIN leader is the most respected person among other common people. . Sheikh—is an honorific in the Arabic language that literally means "elder" and carries the meaning "leader and/or governor". It is commonly used to designate the front man of a tribe who got this title after his father or an ISLAMIC SCHOLAR who got this title after graduating from the basic Islamic school.
Why people demur to love/respect/honor/glorify a person with EXTRA emotions whom ALLAH has bless with EXTRA respect in this world and in إن شاء الله (If it is ALLAH'S will) the hereafter. In my opinion I think one have full freedom to address a person with good ALQAABS as many times as he wills. ALLAH knows best

Since 'Sheikh' has the meaning leader then 'Sheikh al Jannah' means leader of Jannah.
No one has the authority to bestow such a position on someone except Allah (subhana Wa ta'ala).
It might be the case that you are going astray.
