His name is Salih bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed bin Nasir Aal Talib, the Sheikh is from the Qabila Al-Fadhool.

I was there too praying behind him in the Haram. He sounds fantastic in real live. I pray he will lead taraweeh this year.
