The Mu'adhin rota has really been mixed up. Shaykh Abdullah Basnawi done his duty and Shaykh Ali Mullah is stil not here, so Shaykh Ali Nahas replaces him. Today at Fajr was supposed to be Shaykh Siraj Ma'roof but where's he gone!
As far as I know, and I could be wrong, he leads salaah in a masjid in Dammam. However, he was offered many times to be imaam at one of the Haram, and he declined because he wanted to remain close to his parents in Dammam. Allaah knows best.

Sheikh Saad al Ghamdi was only appointed for Taraweeh one year, he was not made permanent imaam in Masjid al Nabawi.

Sheikh saad Ghamdi told in one of his interview regarding leading salat he said he doesn't want to lead salat he only likes reading quran
