well i think people really missed sheikh shuraim and got ecsratic when he returned to lead at مسجد الحرام when sheikh عبد الله الجهني was gone for i think a few months and started leading again there were a wave of comments. something similar happened a few months ago when sheikh mahir hadn't led in a while and then came back. recently, sheikh huthaify led صلاة الفجر at a different Masjid than مسجد النبوي (i think it was Masjid 'umar bin al-khattab, and i remember he Recited سورة الواقعة) and there were many comments.

How comes Suraim had 80+ comments last week, but muaiqly only gets a few?
They both recite as well as each other, but I prefer muaiqly.

@ anonymous, like u prefer mahir al muaqily, so they are people that prefer shuraim, there is no big deal.. And indeed they both recite well.
