i see in the first video sheikh is raising his hands while making dua. i read that's not allowed except in certain cases, such as prayer for rain. It is prescribed to raise hands in Khutbah of Salat-ul-Istisqa' (Prayer for rain), for the Prophet (peace be upon him) did so. He (peace be upon him) also raised his hands when he prayed for rain during the Friday Khutbah and people raised their hands as well. Du’aa’ after the obligatory prayers is not Sunnah if that is done by raising the hands, whether it is done by the imam alone or the worshipper alone or by both of them together. Rather that is bid’ah (innovation).
