Also, regarding the English, it's not easy to do and would take a bit of time, and is not something I can just do right now. InshaAllah you can look up the Surahs and get the translation online. Sorry...
It's really amazing that anytime I missed Masjidil Haram's Maghrib or Isha'i prayer on Tv, I can conveniently rush to HaramainRecordings and watch it or download an audio version. May Allah SWT reward you with the best of what you're doing to the Muslim Ummah.
By the way, I love Sheikh Mahir Quranic recitation but Sheikh Shuraim has always been my greatest favourite reciter, I learnt to read and even memorized the whole Quran using his complete Quran recitation in MP3 format during my last days of high school.
