shaykh hudhaifi hasn't led for mor than 200 days now. Its sad that he's not leading, especially as he has been leading nearly every day for many years. He used to the lead isha every day, even weekends, summer holidays, hajj time, before tarawih. I dont think hes missed 200 days in HR history before this year.
Yes Sheikh Huthayfi, may Allah protect him and preserve him, has been suspended before, in 1998-2000. For two years the Sheikh did not lead in Masjid al-Nabawi. Then he returned after Sheikh Ibn Baz, Rahimahullah intervened and brought him back.
