The video (last one) in which Sheikh Shuraim is seen sitting in Mercedes Benz, note it's number. It reads CD and some number, which means Country Diplomat. This means the car belongs to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Delhi. No doubt Imam of Harmain visit some country and Saudi embassy people do not take care of them!
I'm pretty sure the Embassy always conducts their visits and sees to their needs. Maybe the cars don't always show that, but they are typically taken care of.
