I think Shaykh Qasim is Hanbali because I know that he has some Hanbali fiqh books memorized and he teaches them in Masjid Nabawi.

But even is he isn't and he doesn't follow an imam, people need to relies that Allah Ta'ala appointed him (and the other imams of the Haramain) to be the imams there. Allah Ta'ala would pick some random guy to be the imam. These imams must have a great status with Allah Ta'ala, and regardless whether or not they follow a madhab, we must always show them respect.

And Allah Ta'ala knows Best

i am totally agree with the 3rd anonymous, because no matter which imam we follow to. our destination is the same. which to be next to the Prophet Sallallahu alahi wasallam (PBUH) on day of judgement and to get the best place in the Jannah which is Jannatul Firdous. and i pray to Allay (SWT) to forgive all of the muslimeens and to give us all the Jannatul Firdous. Ameen. Allahumma Ameen.

Sheikh Hudhaify and his son also say ameen softer if I recall correctly. Also, the Maaliki madhab, from what little I know, also says ameen soft. They could be Hanbali and still choose to say it softly because they personally believe the stronger opinion lies in saying it softly. Allah knows best.

Sheikh Hudhaify and QAASIM do SAY AMEEN LOUDLY. Saying it loudly doesnt mean you have to shout it out. saying it loudly may just mean making it audible to people standing immediately beside him. anyway i can hear shaikh qasim and huzaify say it loud in your audios. if you pray live in haram you can hear it too.

How does shk budair say his ameem . Loudly or softly.

Saying Ameen loudly or softly is a differece of opinion between the Ulema, saying it loudly or softly does not invalidate the Salah, it is merely which one did the prophet do as a habit (as he said ameen loudly and softly). It is an issue of Musthab or which one is preferred. Salah is valid both ways. It is just a minor difference of opinion. Salah is correct either way. There are Ahadeeth for both opinions.

Sheikh Budayr says it loudly, directly into the mic. None of 'em "shout it out", it's just that some make it specifically into the mic and prolonged compared to others. That's all, and agreed with brother Hamzah.
