Shortest Fajr!

Masha Allah, Surahs Shams and Zalzalah..

Very uncommon Surahs for Makkah Fajr salah.. What could be the reason for reciting these short Surahs? I think Sheikh Juhany is not well, so only he chose to recite the small Surahs.. I also felt his voice not so powerful today..

Allah knows the best.

There are sandstorms in Saudi Arabia, Makkah included that's why it's short. Sand could've reached his throat as well.

Yes HR staff you are right. This is the reason i could not see the cameras so clear today. I thought its fog or something.. Yes, this is the reason for short salah..

Makkah under a sand storm.. While watching the live streaming, i could feel like i am looking to a very old recording of Makkah, of course because of the unclear video..Its unique experience. Just imagine how the people performing Umrah right now would be feeling.

The short salah is still beautiful though. MashaAllah. I was once caught in a sandstorm at Arafat during Hajj.

It is not sandstorm, I was there at that time. Saudi Govt. had planned a project named "Makkah 2020". For this great project all the old buildings are destroying. The Dust of those buildings cover the whole Makkah, Arafaat, Minah for 3 days. I was very much amazed to see that.
