Please, dont pester the HR staff. Anytime something isn't uploaded, you get onto them. I understand you have love for Makkah and Madina, but dont bother the HR staff. Look at how much the HR staff does do. Be thankful for that, rather than looking at what isn't uploaded. If you really want to see the salat from Makkah and Madina, open up Makkah and Madina live and watch it at the salat times.
Also, please do not type in all caps. By writing in all caps, it makes it seem like you are angry and yelling.
