Yes he made an error in the first rakah in that he started at ayah 26 and recited to ayah 28, then accidently started reciting from ayah 49, thereby missing the ayaat from 29-48 . But in the second rakat, alhamdulilah he started from the beginning again (ayah 26), and recited in the correct order to ayah 44. So yes he repeated the rakat again but it was not exactly the same, it was corrected :-) Allahumma malakal hamdu bil Quran ya rab.

A dean is an individual who has authority over a specific department / or a faculty in a college or university. Umm al Qura has 4 departments in Islamic Studies: 'Aqeedah, Shariah, Quran, and the Sciences of Hadeeth, and Sheikh Shuraim is the dean of the Shariah department.

To the best of our knowledge, Sheikh Hudhaify will no longer be leading. And Allah knows best.
