Ive never heard the azan of muazzin #4 Shaykh Ibrahim Al-Abbas and I believe the #14 Shaykh abdulaziz asd reyes passed away. Any clue for the madinah azan rota?????

How comes Sheikh Ali Shakir does not do the Fajr Adhan and how comes Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf does Adhan only for Dhur & Asr and not for the other prayer (Fajr, Jumu'ah, Maghrib & Isha) ?

Yes Non Saudia's citizens can become Imams of Masjidul Haram. Sheikh Adil Kalbaani is an example

Sheikh 'Adil al Kalbaani was imaam in Masjid al Haram al Makki, for Taraweeh during Ramadaan 1429/2008. He was not appointed as a permanent imaam. His parents moved to Saudi Arabia from Sudan. Allah alone knows best.

Assalamualekum!!!
I used to wake up in the night with joy after listening adhan by saudi-arabia. That was the moment when my father used to tune his radio in 90s.After he performed Hajj. The sound was beautiful &i used to faint after adhan was over. I have been searching that sound but in vain. I would truely make duas for you if you make that sound available to me.
