during the next friday khutbah discuss the etiquettes of hajj. Tell the people don't push, shove, fight, steal, deliberatly hurt others. don't do none of that stuff here. people need to fix their character. they want to be stupid, then stay home. khutbah should be given in both in english & arabic so that the people who are performing hajj will understand the message & hopefully stop all of this nonsense.
Group leaders should understand Arabic and translate after the khutbah to their groups, and regarding fixing the character, that ought to be taught before leaving for Hajj really. Having a khutbah in English would only help certain people, but there are also people from Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, etc, who may be elderly and do not understand English and therefore cannot appreciate the khutbah being in English.
