Sheikh Nasir bin ali al ghamdi,his voice is majestic and he recite very áemotional (like sheikh salah and khalid) but i do not know who is he , i do no from where to get correct information ,i think he is brother of sheikh khalid but.some websites says sheikh nasir bin ali bin nasir alghamdi was died some say he was imam in damam long time ago, a man says i met him in makkah , ALLAH know what is correct ...

Yes he was a well known imam in dammam in the 90s, but not heard of him much since then...He definitely has a very good voice.. But related to shaeikh saad al ghamdi or not i dont know...
