I'l challenge you on biggest fan of Budair :), I think there are a fair number out there, mind you for his recitation & purely for the sake of Allah. He is probably taking a break, he had been leading Fajr & Maghrib for a long time, that was good because I got 9 salah's behind him when I went to Umrah in April.
