All praise to Allah,Peace Be Upon onto His slave and Mesengger Our Prophet Muhammad and his family,his Sahabats,and Tabi'en and his follower till Day of Judgement.Khadam of Haramain Sharifain has ordered to hold Solatul Istisqa tomorrow following Sayyidina Muhammad's (PBUH) Sunnah.He has told his ummah to ask their Lord when the land is dried,there's no rain,so Solatul Istisqa will be hold tomorrow after Shuruq of sun after 20 minutes with His Will...then he supplicate an almighty That's what I understand from his speech.hope that's help.
