Shiekh Talib sounds amazing! Which year was this? Its been a very long time since Shiekh Talib led taraweeh prayers. However, I have a feeling that next year he may lead taraweeh!!
They show these taraweeh recitatins on islam channel every night but you'd have to wait for Sheikh Talib as he leads the latter part of the quran(from surah Al Ahzab,chapter 33). They are rare and beautiful recitations, mashallah.
Why doesnt sheikh Salih Al talib lead Taraweeh? He only ever seems to do isha and sometimes fajr. I don't understand as I find his recitations beautiful. Why can't he do either taraweeh or tahajjud? Someone needs to tell him to. Ever year I keep hoping he will. To be fair all the imams are great and I love most of the medina ones like Bu'ayyjan, Budair(Tv/Recordings dont do his voice justice - his voice is absolutely beautiful in real life), Al qassim, khalid Ghamidi(altho he is in Makkah this year) and Ahmed Taleb.I also like the newish ones like Baleela and obv Sudais/shuraim/muayqali are standard (no one beats shuraim) but would be nice to have Salih al talib too.
