May Allah reward the Grand Mufti for this beautiful khutbah , He touched on soo many things , gave very good advise to all circles of society and all ages , specially the youth , May Allah save our youth from the fitnahs , and most imprtantly the takfeer n tafgeer n destroying property n peoples lifes

He's there to translate from Arabic to Arabic Sign Language for the Deaf. They do that for the Jumuah khutbah from Masjid al Nabawi as well.

oh, deaf people could understand that?
Not all deaf people, because Sign Language isn't universal (as in every country differs). But yes, those in Saudi Arabia will understand it.
