Slmz. Was Sheikh Abdul Bari really here in South Africa?? I really never new that!! Is Sheikh Abdul Bari still here or did he leave for the Haramain already? It's so nice to have the Imaams coming to our country!
As-salamu alaykum,May Allah reward you brother Ahmad. These are rare recordings. I really miss Sheikh Abdul-Bary Ath-Thubayti,one of my favorite imams ever. I hope he is in a healthy condition inshaAllah. May Allah bring him back as the imam of masjid nabawi as he was before. I miss his fajr salats,they were just unique, and no other madinah imam can take his place for fajr. InshaAllah as long as he is in good condition, I will surely be happy. I wouldn't mind if they remove Sheikh Budair and replace Sheikh Thubayti.
SUBHAANALLAH!!!!!!!!!! I miss Shaykh Thubayti SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! I hope he comes back, inshaa Allah SOON!! Does brother Ahmad know why Shaykh Thubayti hasn't been leading? In these recordings he sounds very healthy Maashaa Allah!

Yes Shayk Thubayti was in South Africa,his visit was a private visit , thus it was not announced. and has left today back for Saudi Arabia.

Shaykh Thubaiti has a wonderful , personality. He returned to Saudi today. The reason he no longer leads Taraawih and Tahajjud in Madinah Shareef is because of a problem he has with his throat. This is what we have heard from one of the ulama travelling with him.
Allah grant him complete shifa.

one of the anonymous commets up there was a bit disturbing to me.. i dont know if other ppl felt the same.. where someone said tht he wouldnt mind if Sheikh Budair gets replaced by Sheiikh Thubaity?? i dont undestand.. why would u say tht?why are u comparing them... trust me i would be very happy if sheikh thubaity comes back to madina..but please dont compare them .. they are the imams of masjid nabwi.. they are not ordinary ppl.. respect all of them and remember there status!!

I agree with brother Ahmed, because I've heard some of his Fajr Salaahs and you could tell his throat was having problems. Like he'd stop for a while, and have to clear his throat. I forgot the actual word haha. May Allah grant him Shifaa, and reward him and all the other A'immas of the Haramaain
I love all the imams of makkah and madinah. I never meant to offend anyone. I like Sheikh Budair too, what I meant was, as in seniority, Sheikh Thubayti has been imam of madinah for many more years than all other imams except Sheikh Huthayfi. I prefer him more than Sheikh Budair. Ofcourse I respect the people of knowledge. Jazak'Allah khair ;)
