I don't know what the rest says, but I do know from the title, that it is a Qaseedah Shaykh Shuraim wrote about Shaykh Ibnu Jibreen, who recently passed away, Rahimahullah.
it's hard to translate but this says that sheikh Jibreen was a greatful Ulema and that shuraim was his pupil (taleb ilm).this text deals with the sadness of sheikh Shuraim (may Allah protect him)among the death of his sheikh, great Alim.

I wish all of u can learn arabic. You will understand and appreciate sheikh shuraim's khutbas and recitation more than anyone then.
