Sheikh Sudais, Sheikh At-Thubayti(Imam of Madinah),Sheikh Humaid i think. but the first two,definitely led with sheikh shuraim.

its taraweeh salah ,hence tawaf continues.
Yes tawaf continues in taraweeh.Beautiful Surah recited very beautifully by sheikh shuraim ,.. such a melodious voice mashahAllah.Surat Qaaf is very powerful and beautiful. Please do read the translation and tafseer of the surah if possible , but definetly i will suggest every one to read the translation of this surah.
