I don't understand what is going on in this video, did someone fall from the second floor, that's what it looks like?

Did he just jump, was he ok?
Subhanallah,What was he trying to do? was he stuck there and hence trying to get off, or was he trying to hurt himself..shocking.
it seems he tried jumping from there.......maybe wanted some attention? who knows??
I THINK he tried jumping off to hurt himself because u can hear people shouting in a way to stop him and not to jump...Allah knows best.
