Nah to me his voice doesnt suit his look.. Anyway alot of the imams seem to visit china, japan, indonisia.. Sudais, shuraim, ali jaber, maher, budair etc.

Cheikh Muayqli est là-bas pour inaugurer une mosquée et également parler du rôle des musulmans surtout dans des pays qui sont, à la base, non-musulman. De plus, la présence d'une personnalité dans un endroit laisse un souvenir fort aux résidents, surtout après l'allocution rare de Cheikh...donc il faut voir cela avec l'œil de la satisfaction et de la joie et non avec celui de la hargne et de l'indifférence. Si une personne est aimée par Allâh et Ses anges, Dieu met cette amour dans le coeur des humains où qu'ils soient...et j'espère que c'est le cas de Cheikh Muayqali et de nos savants et imams...
I am a big fan of Sheikh Mahir and his magnificent recitation of the Holy Qur'an but, honestly I would've liked the sheikh's personality if he were the anonymous sheikh who's not interested in taking pictures etc but just doing what he has been appointed to do which is being an Imam of a mosque and doing da3wah although using mediatools like camera would have been much better to reach the muslim ummah everywhere.
To from Malaysia, i'm also from Malaysia Pls advise if i would like to invite Makkah imam to Malaysia, do i have to seek permission from Embassy of SA..
Sheikh Muayqli is there to inaugurate a mosque and also talk about the role of Muslims especially in countries which are at the base, non-Muslim. Moreover, the presence of a person in a place leaves a strong mind to residents, especially after the statement of Sheikh rare ... so it must be seen with the eye of satisfaction and joy and not with the the fractious and indifference. If a person is loved by Allah and His angels, God put this love in the hearts of people wherever they are ... and I hope that is the case of Sheikh Muayqali and our imams and scholars ...
