Ghusl Al-Ka'bah
The Holy Ka'bah is washed twice a year; once before Ramadhan and once in Muharram. It is washed with Zamzam water and rose water. It was washed today (2nd August 2008). Here is a breif news clip thats shows it:

We can only guess. We can't know anything for sure until Ramadhan 1st. :)

I was at Makkah Haram twice in last month for a few days, but Sheikh Sudais was not there was any prayer.
Is he on vacation??
