I know the khutbah may seem long, but its a fantastic khutbah. Please do take the time to watch it, if nothing else from at least about 16 mins onwards for the dua, and at about 20/21 mins they do the sunnah of reversing their cloaks/ coats, for those of you that haven't seen this being done before.

Narrated Abbad bin Tamim from his uncle, "I saw the Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) on the day when he went out to offer the Istisqa' prayer. He turned his back towards the people and faced the Qibla and asked Allah for rain. Then he turned his cloak inside out and led us in a two-Rak'ah prayer and recited the Qur'an aloud in them." (Bukhari)

When you go for the prayer, you go with your cloak/coat inside out. Then at the end of the khutbah the imam faces the kaba, reverses his cloak so the right side is out, as do all the followers, and they pray to Allah, that Oh Allah just as we have turned our cloaks from the wrong way out to the right way out, so change our fortune and make it right.
