masha Allah are u sure that is not shuraim, there are many people who imitate qari's like shuraim on you tube u can see many examples. Saad al nu'mani is one name that comes to mind.
However when imitating someone, one must be careful not to break the rules of tajweed which can change the meaning. For example the dhaal with a dammah in ayah 4 of surah fathiha should only be read 1 count, stretching it to 2 counts can change the meaning completely so people must be careful. jzk
