This recitation is from 1427 when Sheikh Budair was in Makkah,that year Sheikh Shuraim nd Sheikh Sudais was unbeatable,even though they still are,1427 they recited too beautifully.Sheikh Shuraim recitation that year was on another level.

Yes its from 1427, after 18:47 Its from old madinah taraweeh. Thats why you see the tone is different afterwards.
