Can anyone tell me who the reciter is? It was shown on 8th Jan 2007 on Saudi TV1. I was in Makkah at that time my cousin recorded it and copied it on a DVD, unfortunately DVD is not working , only manage to play 20 seconds from mid and end part. If anyone knows his name please post it in comments.

Another possibility may be Shaykh Ahmad Khalil Shaheen.
It's definetly not Sheikh Budair but he does pray a bit like him..Mashallah

I don't think its Sheikh Ahmed Khalil Shaheen either coz i've got one of his recitations on my PC and he sounds completely different
This is not Shiekh Budair - I have this Shiekk's cassette but have looked for it and can't find it. It is someone from jeddah or Riyadh
My view is that this is Shiekh Mohammed Al Majid - just found the cassette. Pretty sure it is him

its shaikh mohamed zalfawi go check youtube he has couple recitation with the saudi king manshaallah his voice is amazing but i cant find him reciting the whole quran
