The best duo ever! Shaykh Shuraim and Shaykh Sudays! May Allah preserve them both, Ameen!
The place where the Imam leads Taraaweeh/Tahajjud is so difficult. The lead the prayer right in front of the place where peoples doing Tawaaf. So imagine how many people look at the Imaam while they are leading! Like right now I was watching Shaykh Shuraim finish his first Rak'ah and some guy was talking with the police officer in front of the place Shaykh Shuraim was leading. That's such a distraction, and so tough to do especially while leading for millions of people! Maashaa Allah.
when u r posting high quality videos ????ru posting ot not??
I'm listening to Sheikh Shuraim right now and he is so awesome, and i can't believe he's doing tahajjud prayers with sheikh sudais- the two best imams in the world, (especially sheikh shuraim). :)
Can someone pls tell me why they do this tahajjud thing on the last ten days?
Thanks
Because Laylat-ul-Qadr can fall sometime within the last 10 days of Ramadhan, one should spend these nights in Ibaadah and supplications because Allah says in the Quran:
"We have indeed revealed this (Quran) in the Night of Power: And what will explain to thee what the Night of Power is? The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand: Peace!...This until the rise of morn!" (Surah 97)
So This night is full of reward and blessing and is equivalent to a thousand nights of worship. Anyone who takes part in Laylatul Qadr will have worshipped an equivalent of eighty three years and three months. It is as if a person has spent an entire lifetime in non-stop worship.
Our beloved Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) has said:
"Seek it in Ramadan in the last ten nights. For verily, it is during the odd nights, the twenty-first, or the twenty-third, or the twenty-fifth, or the twenty-seventh, or the twenty-ninth, or during the last night." Sahih Hadith Ahmad 5:318
Thanks you so much for explaining the whole thing to me, it really helped. And thanks for the ayah, too. :)
