إشارة الي قرار مجلس التعليم العالي رقم ( 18/62/1431) في جلستة الثانية والستين والمعقودة بتاريخ 29/12/1431 القاضي بالموافقة على انشاء عدد من الكليات بالجامعة ومن ضمنها كلية الدراسات القضائية والأنظمة بالجامعة والمتوج بموافقة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء حفظة الله على محضر الجلسة بالتوجية البرقي الكريم رقم 446/ م ب في 21 /1/1432 هـ
وجه معالي مدير جامعة ام القرى الدكتور بكري بن معتوق عساس بتكليف سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور سعود بن ابراهيم الشريم عميدا لكلية الدراسات القضائية والانظمة وحتى يتم تعين عميدا للكليه الجديدة اضافة الي عمله عميدا لكلية الشريعة والدراسات الاسلامية
من جانبه عبر سعادة عميد كلية الشريعة والدراسات الاسلامية الاستاذ الدكتور سعود بن ابراهيم الشريم عن بالغ اعتزازه بهذه الثقه الكريمه من معالي مدير الجامعه سائلا المولى عزوجل التوفيق في مهام عمله كاعميدا لكلية الدراسات القضائية والانظمة

Dr.Bakri Bin Matooq Asas-President of The University of Umm Al-Qura comissioned Sheikh/Professor Saud Al Shuraim as the Dean of the Faculty of Judicial Studies and Regulations. Just last Ramadan, Sheikh Shuraim was promoted to Specialist Professor in Dean faculty of Sharia and Islamic studies. Mabrook to Sheikh Shuraim from everyone at Haramain recordings and We ask Allah to bless our Sheikh Shuraim and grant him success in this duniya wal akhira.

Innovations in Celebrations

"This Ummah has its source of knowledge and reference in the Quran, Sunnah, and the works of the ulama who have spent their life in understanding, expanding, and explaining the Sunnah.

When we look at the moral fabric of our society, we see that Islam provides us the strongest foundation to build the best society upon moral and ethical principles.

..... We see the imported festivals and celebrations that are brought into our societies, whether it be in the name of Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, or Lovers' Day. When we see this happen and know the ignorance and damage it has caused in our communities. Only yesterday we had the so called Valentines' Day, and see the vice and the vile nature of this celebration. When we look at the history of Valentines' Day, we find that St. Valentine was a person who used to facilitate people getting married against the order of the community he or she was living in, and....."
