Qira’at View: The Suwar Sajdah and Insan, Friday Fajr, Sheikh Abdullah bin Awwad al-Juhany:
Surat As-Sajdah:
1. 30 December, 2011: 7.04 minutes, [medium amazing]. 2. 13 January, 2012: 6.47 min. [close to absolute, slightly irregular]. 3. 7 September, 12: 6.58 min. [not impressive]. 4. 02 November, 12: 6.00 min. [2nd half is impressive in normal tone]. 5. 23 November, 12: 6.28 min. [attractive in easy tune, regular narration, recording is slightly thorny]. 6. 25 January, 2013: 7.24 min. [medium or close to best]. 7. 1 February, 13: 6.35 minutes [thorny, not usual]. 8. 15 February, 13: 7 minutes [regular and clear but there is lacking of sweetness]. 9. 8 March, 13: 6.40 minutes [medium, a word missed at 25th ayah].
We saw that, generally the Surah Sajdah is expressed in [6.30-7.00] minutes, 6th number is biggest [7.24 min.] and 4th number is smallest [6.00 min]. Perhaps the 2nd number is most impressive in above presentation, but not a best of Sheikh. The biggest [6th] is reduced in variety of tune. Added that, Sajdah time has been included in calculation.
Surat Al-Insan:
1. 30 December, 2011: 4.55 minutes [1st half is moderately & 2nd half is absolutely]. 2. 13 January, 2012: 4.43 minutes [absolutely, evidently]. 3. 7 September, 2012: 4.50 min. [not impressive] 4. 02 November, 12: 4.00 min. [impressive in easy tone]. 5. 23 November, 12, 4.30 min. [exceptionally attractive in normal tune]. 6. 25 January, 2013: 5.02 minutes [close to best, except last 5 ayat]. 7. 1 February, 13: 4.55 min. [too thorny, unexpectedly]. 8. 15 February, 13: 5.07 minutes [comparative, lacking of sweetness]. 9. 8 March, 13: 4.44 minutes [comparatively].
Commonly Al-Insan is read in 4.30-5.00 minutes, 8th number is largest [5.07 minutes] and 4th number is smallest [4.00 min]. The 2nd staging is most prominent, I think. The biggest [8th] is at medium, there is lacking of sweetness.
Overall: Surah Ad-Dahr is addressed more seriously than As-Sajdah. In different times As-Sajdah is narrated irregularly that means unbalanced melody. As a result some Qira’ah could not be outstanding even in plus time. Possibly totally 12/13/14 minutes are best for Sheikh for the two Suwar. Easy/normal tune is well for most people to replicate [4th & 5th numbers].
