May be Sheikh aimed about total Surah, but getting tremble by the greatest signs, could not continue. So Al-Infitar in second rak’ah. Allah is well Knowing.
Allah knows why Sheikh repeated the section of Surah Najm, "1-16". Sometimes we see Imams repeat 1/2/3 ayat, not a full section like this. In fact this are great verses.

What was happening in Masjid-ul-Haram, why is't so noisy, while usually, there is silence when Faradh Salahs are going on?

First rak’ah is quaking, second rak’ah is sweet.

sheikh juhany is reciting well but he has to controll his emotions thats why he go in ruku!!!
