It is not proper to say that that treat the Kabah as personal property but I think that if the members of public are allowed to enter the Kaaba the situation will be out of control. Hence, I think what Allah does is always right
MashaAllah. very amazing video. I have seen first time that Sheikh Sudias enters in Kaaba. MashaAllah Sheikh Sudais has such a beautiful and unique smile that he is recognize from any crowd place. I think that during Tawaf Sheikh Humaid with red scarf is with Sheikh Sudais. May Allah Almighty bless Saudi Govt. for its very good care of Haramain Shrifain.
On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Makkah Governor Prince Khaled Al-Faisal led the ceremonial washing of the Holy Kaaba today morning, using Zamzam mixed with rose water. The ceremony was attended by a large number of prominent figures, including Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, head of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and Dr. Muhammad Al-Khozaim, deputy head of the the presidency for the affairs of the Haram Mosque.
The washing ritual of the Kaaba begins with the performance of two raka’hs inside the cuboidal structure. The interior walls will then be cleaned with rose, oud and musk perfumes using white cloth. Zamzam water mixed with rose perfume will then be splashed on the floor and then wiped with bare hands and palm leaves.
After leading the ceremony, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal performed circumambulation (Tawaf) of Islam’s holiest shrine and performed Sunna prayer. Several dignitaries, including ministers, government officials, prominent Islamic scholars, Haram presidency officials, and Muslim diplomats accredited to various countries attended the ceremony. A large number of citizens and pilgrims were also present on the occasion.
The interior of the Kaaba is washed twice a year — in Muharram and Shaaban, the first and ninth months of the Hijrah calendar. The Kaaba, which is located inside the sprawling Haram Mosque complex, is central to the Islamic faith as Muslims all over the world face it while performing daily prayers
Washing of the Kaaba means that twice a year the interior of the holy Kaaba is washed with Zam Zam water together with Rose water. This takes place in an official ceremony and on certain occasions other heads of state/dignatories are also invited. This has taken place annually since the Kingdon of Saudi Arabia was founded. The cleaning was never regarded as an official ceremony during the time of the Ottoman Empire.
i agree with the brother it would be out of control if it was open door policy but i do think the security just for the governor was over the top ridiculous.
Assalamualaikum, I have met two common people (not royalties, government officials nor KSA guest) in my life who have entered the Kabaah... They were invited in to clean when the kabaah doors were open for cleaning during the period after hajj before umrah season begins (1998)... they were Lucky people picked randomly
I agree with brother Farid... but I must add, the one who decides who goes in the Kabaah is ALLAH. No one can deny HIS will. If you want to go in, ask from ALLAH, do what ALLAH pleases, and ALLAH will respond to your wishes. Insyallah
الحمد لله where do they face in صلاة? it's mentioned that this started in a recent period but is there anything in the Sunnah similar to this so that it isn't bid'ah? and sister from south africa إن شاء الله use the Islamic calendar.

No, not everybody is allowed to enter. You can enter the hateem though, and that is part of the Kabah.

what does kabe washing mean sorry my question I could not understand that is whay I am asking

oh and شعبان is the 8th month of the Islamic calendar and رمضان is the 9th
